2. About IPPA
The Indian Pitch & Putt Association (IPPA) is the national governing body for the sport of Pitch & Putt Golf in India. IPPA is dedicated to growing and regulating the sport across all levels — from grassroots community programmes to elite competitive tournaments — and represents India in the international Pitch & Putt community.

3. Eligibility & Registration
Use of this website and registration with IPPA is open to individuals who:
- Are at least 18 years of age, or are minors registering under the supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during any registration or application process.
- Are not barred from using the website under applicable laws of India or any other jurisdiction.
IPPA reserves the right to refuse registration or revoke membership of any individual or entity at its sole discretion, particularly where misrepresentation of information or violation of these Terms is suspected.
4. Membership
Membership with IPPA is subject to the following conditions:
- All membership applications are subject to review and approval by IPPA. Submission of an application does not guarantee membership.
- Members agree to abide by the IPPA Constitution, Code of Conduct, Rules & Regulations, and any other applicable guidelines issued from time to time.
- Membership fees, where applicable, are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing by IPPA.
- IPPA reserves the right to suspend or terminate a membership for breach of these Terms, unsportsmanlike conduct, or any activity that may harm the reputation of the Association or the sport.
- Members are responsible for keeping their contact and personal information up to date through the member portal or by notifying IPPA directly.
5. Events & Tournaments
Participation in IPPA-organised events, tournaments, and programmes is governed by the following:
- All participants must comply with the official Rules of Pitch & Putt as adopted by IPPA and the Federation of International Pitch & Putt Associations (FIPPA).
- IPPA reserves the right to amend, postpone, or cancel any event at any time due to force majeure, safety concerns, regulatory requirements, or any other reason at its sole discretion.
- In the event of cancellation, IPPA will endeavour to communicate promptly but accepts no liability for any consequential costs or losses incurred by participants (including travel, accommodation, or lost income).
- Participants consent to the use of photographs, video recordings, and other media captured during events for promotional, educational, or archival purposes by IPPA, without compensation.
- Anti-doping rules and fair play policies as prescribed by IPPA or relevant national/international sporting bodies must be strictly adhered to.
- IPPA reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be in violation of event rules, codes of conduct, or these Terms.
Health & Safety Note: All participants are responsible for their own physical fitness and welfare. IPPA recommends that participants consult a medical professional before taking part in any sporting activity. IPPA, its officers, and employees accept no liability for any injury, illness, or accident sustained during events.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, photographs, videos, event names, and the IPPA brand identity — is the exclusive property of the Indian Pitch & Putt Association or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws in India.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, or use any website content for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of IPPA.
- Downloading or printing content for personal, non-commercial reference is permitted, provided no alterations are made and all copyright notices are retained.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through direct communication with IPPA. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, the matter shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat of arbitration in Chandigarh, India.
Subject to the above, the courts of competent jurisdiction in Chandigarh, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings.

IPPA reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will endeavour to notify registered members of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the website. The date of the most recent revision will be displayed at the top of this page.
