  • Reporting : Complaints can be submitted to officials or IPPA channels with evidence.
  • Preliminary Review : Initial assessment to validate complaint and decide next steps.
  • Disciplinary Committee : Independent panel to investigate and decide cases.
  • Investigation : Collection of evidence, statements and interviews.
  • Hearing : Formal hearing for serious cases with right to respond.
  • Sanctions : Warnings, penalties, disqualification, suspension or bans.
  • Interim Measures : Temporary suspension in urgent cases.
  • Decisions : Communicated in writing with reasoning.
  • Appeals : Allowed within 7–14 days with supporting evidence.
  • Confidentiality : All proceedings handled confidentially.
  • Record Keeping : Maintained for transparency and consistency.
  • False Complaints : Knowingly false claims may result in action.
