- Purpose of Collection : Your data is used to manage tournament entries, verify player eligibility, communicate schedules, and maintain official handicap rankings.
- Publicity : Certain data, such as names, handicaps, photo images and final scores, may be published on our website/social media. Additionally, Organiser reserves the right to use the images of tournament & the prize distribution ceremony anywhere for promotional purpose.

It is only be shared with authorised tournament officials, governing bodies for handicap verification, record-keeping, and third-party service providers (such as hotels and transport coordinators) solely for the purpose of managing tournament-related arrangements.
